1. In a bowl, mix together the greek yogurt, almond milk, mini chocolate chips, and protein powder. Whisk until fully combined and there are no lumps.
2. Pour into popsicle molds and place in freezer.
3. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight.
4. If using a metal popsicle mold, dip each mold base into warm water for 20 seconds to loosen ice cream bar from the mold.
5. Enjoy!
