PODIUM RETURNS

We aim to please. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return products and/or merchandise in accordance with this policy.

RETURN POLICY

You may return item(s) with proof of purchase from 321podium.com within 30 days of the original purchase of the product for a full refund. Refunds will be returned only to the original form of payment. We cannot accept returns from third-party sellers. Expired products and products expiring 60 days from date of return will not be eligible for refunds. No refunds or cancellations will be processed for failure to use a discount code by the customer.

Products eligible for return must be unopened and in their original packaging. Apparel must be unworn, unwashed, with tag(s) and in new condition. All apparel and hats are FINAL SALE with no returns or exchanges.

For all returns, you will be responsible for return shipping and may select a shipment method of your choice. You should return the tracking number of your return for your records. Make certain that your name, address, phone number and order number are included. Original and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the merchandise was shipped incorrectly.

EXCHANGES

For exchanges, please return your item(s) for a full refund and place an order for the correct item. 

SALE ITEMS

Sale items and items purchased with a discount code cannot be refunded. Only regular price items will be refunded. 

DISCOUNTS

Unless specifically stated, discounts will not be applicable to wholesale orders. PODIUM reserves the right to cancel and/or refund orders that are using discounts against intended use at its discretion.

DAMAGED ITEMS

If your purchase arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.

CHARGEBACKS

Chargebacks will result in customers being placed on a no-sell list.
